Accelevation and its private-equity backer Olympus Partners priced their US IPO at $18 per share, below the marketed range of $20 to $24, Bloomberg reported. The pair sold 30 million shares to raise $540 million in aggregate. The stock lists on Nasdaq under 'ACCV' on September 30.

The Miamisburg, Ohio company, founded in 2017, describes itself as a 'designer, manufacturer and installer of customized structural, electrical and mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure,' which in practice means the power distribution and white-space infrastructure that sits inside data centers. Revenue rose from under $3 million in 2021 to $447.8 million in 2025, and the company booked $727 million in the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, on a backlog of roughly $1.1 billion at the same date. Private equity firm Olympus Partners bought Accelevation from buyout shop LFM Capital last year.

The offering is 'closely watched as a key test for the AI infrastructure theme as investors become more selective,' according to Bloomberg, with 'setbacks in the data center landscape' cited as threatening to narrow the window to tap the IPO market.
