Adobe said on November 4 that its CX Enterprise Coworker is now reachable from inside ChatGPT, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business, and Microsoft Copilot, with Amazon Quick, IBM, and Snowflake listed as coming soon. The pitch, per Adobe's announcement, is that enterprise marketers can plan campaigns, forecast audiences and optimize customer journeys without leaving the assistant they already use.

"Today, marketers often use AI tools in isolation, without the organizational context and domain intelligence needed to personalize every stage of the customer lifecycle," said Anjul Bhambhri, SVP Engineering at Adobe. The coworker is positioned as the connective tissue between those tools.

Google and Microsoft each supplied a quote for the release. "Integrating Adobe's CX Enterprise Coworker into Gemini for business allows organizations to securely harness their customer data and brand intelligence right where they already work," said Rao Surapaneni, VP at Google Cloud. Rob Howard, Corporate VP at Microsoft, framed it as "putting agentic AI to work across the customer experience."

Alongside the assistant plug-ins, Adobe listed pre-built Model Context Protocol connectors for Amazon Ads, Databricks Genie, Demandbase, Meta ads, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus, and Snowflake Cortex AI, and named Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC and TCS as systems integrators, plus dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell and WPP on the agency side, building on the platform.

The release does not disclose pricing, and it does not describe how brand or customer data flows through the third-party assistants during a session. It sits inside a broader run of agent coverage — 534 tracked stories over the last 90 days — in which the distribution battle for enterprise agents is increasingly being fought inside someone else's chatbot.
