AIUC Raises $40M Series A to Audit AI Agents, Signs Cursor, Lovable, Harvey and ElevenLabs

Rune Kvist (early Anthropic) and Rajiv Dattani (ex-METR COO) closed a $40M Series A led by Ribbit Capital with First Harmonic, bringing Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company to $55M raised. AIUC-1, its SOC 2-style standard, runs ~5,000 jailbreak, hallucination and data-leak scenarios and issues ~100-page audit reports; launch customers include Cursor, Lovable, Harvey and ElevenLabs.
