Anthropic and OpenEvidence Partner to Bring Free Physician AI Search to Doctors in ~100 Low- and Middle-Income Countries

Anthropic and OpenEvidence announced a partnership to bring a specialized version of OpenEvidence's clinical-decision-support AI tool to physicians in about 100 low- and middle-income countries, free at the point of use. Anthropic supplies back-end model capacity while OpenEvidence tailors the system to local healthcare infrastructure, extending earlier pilots in Rwanda and Botswana. Financial terms were not disclosed.
