Anthropic in Talks to Bring Nvidia in as Anchor Investor for Up to $100B IPO at $2T Valuation

Reuters reports Anthropic is negotiating to bring on Nvidia as an anchor investor in what would be the largest tech IPO ever, seeking up to $100B at a ~$2T valuation. Nvidia is weighing a check of up to $10B, deepening a relationship with its largest GPU customer. Anthropic's annualized revenue run rate had climbed above $65B by end of July, up from $9B at end of 2025.
