ASML EVP: We're 'Selling Absolutely Nothing' in Europe as H1 2026 Revenue Share Falls to 0%

ASML EVP for public affairs Frank Heemskerk told a briefing the lithography giant is 'selling absolutely nothing in Europe,' with the region contributing 0% of ASML revenue in both Q1 and Q2 2026, down from 1% in 2025, 5% in 2024, and 2% in 2022. Heemskerk is pressing EU authorities and Ursula von der Leyen to create domestic demand for European chips as no fabs are being built on the continent. South Korea now leads quarterly shipments at 43%, followed by Taiwan (30%), China (14%), and the US (9%).
