Leuven-based Spott, an AI-native applicant tracking and CRM platform for recruitment agencies, raised a $21M Series A led by Balderton with Base10, Y Combinator and Fortino participating, bringing total funding to $24M. The 2024-founded startup plans to open Sydney and New York offices, scale from 44 to ~60 staff by year end, and expand agentic AI capabilities while maintaining human-in-the-loop candidate handling.
