Berlin's Langdock Moves Parent From US to Germany, Cites Cloud Act Risk From EU Customers

Enterprise AI platform Langdock is winding down its US holding company and moving the parent to Germany to satisfy customer legal teams worried about US Cloud Act exposure, co-CEOs Lennard Schmidt and Judith Dada told Euronews. The Berlin-founded 2023 startup, now at $50M ARR across ~13,000 organizations (up from $1M ARR in October 2024), will pay several million euros in restructuring costs and plans its own German data center for open-source models. Founders and employees hold roughly 80% of the EU-domiciled entity.
