Cognition Closes $2B Series E at $48B Valuation as ARR Jumps From $492M to ~$900M in Four Months

Cognition confirmed a $2 billion Series E at a $48 billion valuation, roughly doubling both the $1B/$26B mark it hit in May 2026 and the earlier reports of a ~$1B raise at $47B. The company says run-rate revenue has grown from $492M in May to nearly $900M today. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Founders Fund, General Catalyst and Avenir, with Nvidia and 30+ other investors joining.
