Dataiku Ships Agent Management to Inventory Enterprise AI

Dataiku has launched Agent Management, a product that scans an enterprise's AI agents across its major cloud and SaaS platforms and pulls them into one inventory. Help Net Security reports the platform connects to AWS Bedrock, Databricks Agents, Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, Dataiku itself, and OpenTelemetry for custom environments.

For each discovered agent, the software "automatically identifies each agent's structure, including the tools and models it relies on," so supervisors can see how one actually works, not just that it exists. Agents that touch customers, sensitive data or live transactions get a standing record of certification status, named risks, and tests that rerun on a schedule, so "the evidence trail already exists when a manager, auditor, or regulator asks for it."

"Ask a bank how many servers it runs, and you get an answer to the decimal. Ask how many AI agents it's running, and you get a shrug or a guess," said Florian Douetteau, Dataiku's CEO. The company points to IBM's "AI in Motion" research finding that fewer than one in five organizations maintain complete, current inventories of their AI systems.
