Defense AI Startup Shield AI in Talks for New Round at $20B Valuation, Up From $12.7B in March

Shield AI, which builds autonomous drones and AI-piloted aircraft for the US military, is in talks to raise fresh capital at a valuation of at least $20 billion, The Information reports. The move comes just six months after its $2B Series G closed at $12.7B and the company projected 80%+ revenue growth to at least $540M this year.
