TL;DR

  • FieldAI's $700M round at a $10B valuation is up from $2B in 2025, per Business Insider's Rya Jetha.
  • The 2023-founded Irvine startup says revenue plus signed customer contracts has crossed $135M across more than 30 customers.
  • CEO Ali Agha says $35M in new revenue and contracts has landed since June; the round's lead investor was not disclosed.

FieldAI closed a $700 million round at a $10 billion valuation, up from $2 billion in 2025, Business Insider's Rya Jetha reported.

The company, founded in 2023, sells what it calls a 'universal general-purpose brain' meant to run 'humanoids, robot dogs, drones, and industrial rovers' off one stack. Prior backers include Jeff Bezos' family office, Laurene Powell Jobs' Emerson Collective, and Khosla Ventures. The lead on the new round was not disclosed.

What separates the pitch from most foundation-model companies is a revenue number. CEO Ali Agha told Business Insider, 'We have seen very, very fast growth in the last several months.' Since June, FieldAI says it has added at least $35 million in new revenue and customer contracts, bringing the total above $135 million across more than 30 customers in construction, data centers, and defense.

The $10B tag puts FieldAI near Physical Intelligence (valued around $11 billion) and Skild AI (above $14 billion), the other two startups trying to be the operating system layer under the humanoid race. FieldAI has been hiring engineers from Google DeepMind, Tesla, Nvidia, and Boston Dynamics as that competition widens, in a stretch when our robotics tracker has logged 156 stories in 90 days.

The report does not break out how much of the $135 million is recognized revenue versus signed-but-unbilled contracts, and does not name the lead investor.
