German Publisher C.H.BECK Takes Majority Stake in Legal-AI Startup Noxtua at €100M+ Series C

German legal publisher C.H.BECK, which had backed Noxtua's 2025 Series B, converted to majority shareholder in a Series C that raised more than €100 million; MANZ joined as a new investor while Global Brain, KDDI Open Innovation Fund, CMS, Dentons and Dominik Schiener exited. Noxtua builds AI to research, analyze and draft legal documents. Founder said the company quadrupled its team in the past 12 months and quintupled revenue in the past four months; funds go to product, hiring and pan-European growth.
