Lasso Security Raises $30M, Ships LEAP CPU-Only Guardrail With Sub-5ms Verdicts

AI-security startup Lasso Security raised $30M led by ClearSky Advisors, bringing total funding above $37M since its 2023 seed. Alongside the round it launched LEAP, a transformer-free CPU-only guardrail that returns verdicts in under 5ms and inspects both agent outputs and actions, aimed at customers like DHS, BMW, eToro and Fiverr. Lasso says revenue grew 500%+ in the past 12 months.
