Arlington-based Quartermaster raised a $140M Series B with $100M in equity for its SmartMast maritime-intelligence sensor hardware, following a $43M Series A in May. The company says SmartMast is now deployed on 650+ vessels across 25 countries, with 800+ units shipped.
