MaxInsights Raises $30M Seed Led by Peak XV, Pays 5,000+ Contractors to Film First-Person Robot Training Data

MaxInsights announced a $30M seed round led by Peak XV with Tola Capital, South Park Commons, INCE Capital and Alumni Ventures participating. The six-country operation outfits 5,000+ contractors with proprietary head, wrist and chest cameras while they do everyday chores, then packages the first-person footage as foundation-model training data for 30+ customers including frontier labs. It claims 2M+ hours captured and is building MaxGlove with Genesis AI to add grip-force telemetry.
