London-based AI cloud provider Nscale filed publicly on Sept 18 to list on the NYSE under ticker NSCL, targeting a valuation around $30B up from a $14.6B March mark. H1 2026 revenue jumped 1,252% year-over-year to $140.6M against a $1.02B net loss, driven by a $44.6B, 460MW infrastructure deal with Anthropic at Nscale's West Virginia Monarch campus.
