Chinese home-robot startup Ola Dimensions has closed an angel-plus round worth hundreds of millions of RMB, TechNode reported, citing National Business Daily on October 12. New and existing investors joined, including Tuobang and Hony Capital. The round is the company's fourth financing in roughly six months.

Founder Zhou Shunbo left Huawei in March 2026 to start the company after serving as "the first member of its embodied-intelligence lab," per the report. Ola Dimensions is developing robots for household use and a system that uses real-world interaction data to improve their capabilities, with an initial focus on makers and developers before mainstream consumers.

The pace fits a wider run of Chinese physical-AI capital we have been tracking; earlier this week Beijing's LivSyn Robotics closed a 100M-yuan Series A for a platform linking robots to AI models.
