Portland's Mueon Raises $65M Series A From Maverick Silicon and Intel Capital for 'Cubelets' AI Racks

Portland-based Mueon closed a $65M Series A led by Maverick Silicon with Intel Capital, IQT, Oregon Venture Fund and others, bringing total funding past $80M. The startup is pitching Cubelets — modular 3D compute-and-memory blocks it says deliver up to 10x power and cost efficiency inside the same rack footprint — and will use the money to push Cubelets from platform work toward production validation.
