Poseidon Aerospace Lands $60M Series A for Uncrewed Cargo Aircraft, First Test Flight by Year-End

Poseidon Aerospace closed a $60 million Series A led by TQ Ventures with Hanwha Asset Management, G Squared and JAWS joining. The startup is deliberately skipping vertical takeoff and electric/hydrogen powertrains for fixed-wing combustion aircraft, targeting defense customers in degraded-infrastructure locations and regional commercial cargo. First uncrewed test flight of its Egret aircraft is expected by year-end 2026.
