ServiceNow and OpenAI Deepen Pact With Live ChatGPT Workflow Plugin and Codex Factory for 2027

OpenAI and ServiceNow said on Oct 28 that a ServiceNow MCP plugin is live now in the OpenAI marketplace, with Codex to deploy into ServiceNow's AI Workflow Factory during 2027 and a joint OpenAI-powered enterprise security suite entering early access in January 2027 and GA in Q2 2027. OpenAI will adopt ServiceNow internally, and ServiceNow will push ChatGPT Work and Codex to all employees. Voice capabilities for the Super Intelligence Control Tower are slated for Q1 2027.
