Z.ai unveiled GLM-Legal on October 12, a legal-domain agentic model built on its 320B-parameter, 18B-active GLM-5.3-Flash MoE with a 1M-token context. The model scores a 19.2% all-pass rate on Harvey's LAB benchmark across 24 practice areas, a 12.5-point gain over its base, and Z.ai is gating access through a design-partner application form plus the AutoClaw desktop app.
