EDGAR Radar: SoundHound Posts All-Time Record Revenue of $61.9 Million

What public companies just told the SEC about AI, read straight from the filings. Every quote links the original document.

SoundHound Posts All-Time Record Revenue of $61.9 Million

SoundHound AI (Nasdaq: SOUN) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $61.9 million, up 45% year over year, and raised its full-year outlook in an 8-K filed August 5. The company credited OASYS, its enterprise voice and agentic AI platform, for driving adoption.

Also reporting Q2: System1 (NYSE: SST) disclosed it launched MCP servers for MapQuest, Dogpile, and its new IntentStream audience data platform during the quarter, extending its proprietary location, shopping, and search data into the infrastructure layer agentic AI agents use to call external tools. System1 reported a margin of 85%, adjusted EBITDA of $1.9 million, and a GAAP net loss of $15.3 million.

Two Drug-Discovery Filings Each Disclose an Agentic AI Co-Scientist

Schrödinger (Nasdaq: SDGR) posted Q2 annual contract value of $29.6 million, 27% growth, and announced the early-access launch of Bunsen, an agentic AI co-scientist for molecular discovery. The name frames it as a reasoning agent layered on top of Schrödinger's existing computational chemistry stack.

On the same day, Lantern Pharma (Nasdaq: LTRN) disclosed the formation of Open-Medicine AI (OMAI), a new entity that will hold and advance Lantern's agentic AI platform, with Lantern licensing the technology back under commercial agreements. The 8-K describes the platform as the

"multi-agentic AI co-scientist platform previously launched as withZeta.ai. OMAI will continue to advance the multi-agentic architecture, first proven in oncology and rare cancer research, while expanding its application across broader disease areas."

The structure separates the AI system into a standalone entity while Lantern retains access through a license. The filing says the arrangement is consistent with terms committed during Lantern's most recent registered direct financing.

Intrusion Acquires VigilAigent for $3.5 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue

Intrusion Inc. (Nasdaq: INTZ) disclosed terms of its VigilAigent acquisition in a DEFA14A filed August 3. The deal pairs Intrusion's existing threat-intelligence data with VigilAigent's agentic AI layer to create what the filing calls an AI-native cybersecurity platform. The transaction's stated effects:

"The transaction adds ~$3.5 million in annual recurring revenue; $3 million+ in identified annualized cost synergies; ~1,000 customers from the acquired base; and 80+ additional reseller partne…"

A DEFA14A is an additional proxy solicitation, meaning shareholders must vote before the deal closes.

AI Risk Language Turns Up in a Tow-Truck Maker's 8-K

Eight companies in this four-day window included "our use of artificial intelligence" in their earnings-release risk language: ZipRecruiter, Wayfair, Paymentus, EVERTEC, EverQuote, Warby Parker, and Thryv. The entry worth pausing on: Miller Industries (NYSE: MLR), which manufactures towing and recovery equipment, placed AI risk alongside product defects and commercial insurance availability in its August 5 8-K. Most of this language across the group is standard boilerplate. Thryv's version names specific categories of harm rather than waving at risk in general:

"our use of artificial intelligence in our business, and challenges with properly managing its use, could result in reputational harm, competitive harm, and legal liability"

B-Scada Registers as a Fully Restructured "AI Lab" for Small Business

B-Scada (OTC: SCDA) filed a Form 10-12G on August 5, the registration form companies use to become SEC-reporting without a concurrent share offering. The filing discloses a complete business pivot: B-Scada has exited its prior operations and is rebuilding entirely around agentic AI for small and midsize businesses. The filing's description of the new model:

"…Our restructured business model positions the Company as an "AI lab" where we design, prototype and deploy bespoke or proprietary…"

Once the Form 10-12G is effective, B-Scada carries the same periodic disclosure obligations as exchange-listed companies. The filing itself is what creates those obligations, not a listing event.
