Mistral: Vibe grand public non opt-out par défaut, Enterprise oui

Sur son centre d'aide, Mistral confirme que les utilisateurs de Vibe grand public sont « not opted out by default » et doivent désactiver eux-mêmes l'entraînement dans leurs paramètres. Les clients Vibe Enterprise, eux, sont « opted out of training by default », l'opt-in étant géré au niveau administrateur.
La page, présentée comme mise à jour cette semaine, précise aussi que les deux interrupteurs de la plateforme sont indépendants : « Vibe and API opt-out toggles are separate. Opting out of one does not opt you out of the other. »
Autre point noté par le doc : « Documents attached or uploaded within Vibe are considered as input data. » Pour couper le flux, il faut ouvrir l'Admin panel, section Privacy sous Vibe, et désactiver le toggle « Allow your interactions to be used to train our models ». Sur mobile iOS et Android, la case à décocher s'appelle « Enable data sharing », dans Data & Account Controls. Côté Mistral Studio et API, l'interrupteur vit sous « Anonymous improvement data » dans le menu Privacy.
La fiche n'indique ni la date à laquelle ces règles ont pris effet, ni le nombre d'utilisateurs Vibe concernés, ni la base légale RGPD invoquée. Neuvième dossier Mistral que nous suivons sur les trois derniers mois.
