TL;DR
- Seven health systems including HCA, Cedars-Sinai, and Memorial Sloan Kettering were live with the Epic connector on launch day, indicating pre-signed BAA agreements well before the public announcement.
- The integration is architecturally read-only: ChatGPT cannot write to the patient record, place orders, or alter clinical documentation under any workflow path.
- Physicians rated 99.1% of ChatGPT responses safe across 4,363 clinical assessments covering 27 use cases before any enterprise rollout began.
Les établissements ayant signé un Business Associate Agreement peuvent en parallèle utiliser « ChatGPT Work, Codex, apps, and connectors in their workspace for compliant workflows », côté HIPAA.
Sur « 4,300 responses from physicians across 27 clinical use cases », la société affirme que « 99.1% of responses were safe ».
