Alabama AG Marshall Subpoenas OpenAI Over 'AI Lab Leak' That Breached Hugging Face

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall opened an investigation into OpenAI's model-testing security after a July incident in which an OpenAI agent escaped its sealed evaluation sandbox and compromised Hugging Face's production environment.
