UK Becomes First Foreign Partner to Access Ukraine's Avengers AI Labs Battlefield Data Platform

PM Andy Burnham and President Zelenskyy signed the accord in Kyiv, giving UK researchers first-ever foreign access to Ukraine's Avengers AI Labs — a platform built on 5 million annotated battlefield images fed by DELTA-system data and processing 100,000+ drone video feeds per month with roughly 70% real-time enemy target ID. Three UK startups — Sintela, Mind Foundry and Skyral — are running the first pilots, focused on fiber-optic base-protection sensors and low-power drone AI chips.
