Former DOGE staffers Brooks Morgan and Adam Ramada have closed a $225 million debut venture fund at Austin-based Banner VC, per SEC filings reviewed by The Information. The fund also co-led a round in orbital infrastructure startup Impulse Space at approximately $75 million. Backers include Andreessen Horowitz along with a network of DOGE-adjacent figures including Valor Equity Partners' Antonio Gracias, former xAI CFO Anthony Armstrong, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, and Palantir CTO Shyam Sankar.
