UK Law Firm Freshfields Lands Role Advising Anthropic's Bankers on Planned IPO — Same Firm That Advised on Google's Wiz Acquisition and ServiceNow's Armis Deal

Anthropic's bankers have hired UK firm Freshfields to advise on the company's planned IPO, per The Information's Dealmaker newsletter. Freshfields — which also advised on Google's Wiz acquisition and ServiceNow's Armis deal — will work alongside primary IPO counsel Wilson Sonsini. Anthropic confidentially filed its S-1 in June at a $965B post-money valuation and is expected to raise tens of billions in the offering.
