Google Deprecates Temperature, Top-P and Top-K in Gemini 3.6 Flash and All Future Models

Google's Gemini API docs confirm that temperature, top_p and top_k are now ignored on Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite and Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber — and will return an HTTP 400 error in future model generations. Google tells developers to strip the parameters from requests and steer determinism via system instructions instead, closing a long-standing sampling knob for the flagship Flash line.
