ComfyUI v0.40.0 Ships Assets System by Default, Qwen 3.5 Low-VRAM Boost and Custom-Node Governance

The ComfyUI 0.40 cut turns the local asset export API on by default for Windows standalone, enables multimodal Qwen 3.5 with images, lifts Qwen 3.5 performance on low-VRAM rigs, adds LoRA stack loader, EXR previews, LatentOperationBlend, governance enforcement for custom nodes, and new partner nodes from Google, Vidu, Kling, HeyGen, Higgsfield and FishAudio. ARM64 NVIDIA portable builds also ship.
