Mistral Raises €3B at €21B Valuation in Europe's Largest Ever Equity Round, Samsung Leads

Mistral announced a €3B Series D at a post-money valuation above €21B, calling it the largest equity round ever completed by a European technology company. Samsung Electronics led with the EQT-managed Scaleup Europe Fund and existing investor PSG Equity as co-leads; Advent, BlackRock funds, and Luxembourg joined, alongside existing backers a16z, ASML, Nvidia and Salesforce Ventures. Mistral says the money extends its full-stack, open-weight strategy across models, infrastructure and compute for 125+ enterprise customers, including Airbus, ASML and HSBC.
