NeurIPS 2026 splits across Sydney, Atlanta and Paris in December

NeurIPS 2026 will run as three simultaneous events in December, with Sydney hosting December 6-12, Atlanta December 8-13 and Paris December 9-13, according to the August newsletter from the conference organizers. Two experts in our Who's Who directory shared this newsletter.
The workshop program drew 477 submissions, 454 of them valid, and organizers accepted 102 across the three cities: 48 in Sydney at a 21.5% acceptance rate, 28 in Paris at 25.4% and 26 in Atlanta at 23.6%. Workshop days land on December 11-12 in Sydney and December 12-13 in Paris and Atlanta.
General Chairs Hsuan-Tien Lin and Razvan Pascanu are leading what the newsletter calls "the biggest organizing committee ever," with Jean Kossaifi, Aadirupa Saha, Khimya Khetarpal, Feng Liu and Christian Wolf on communications.
Registration for Sydney and Atlanta opened September 3 at 23:00 AEST; Paris will open after separate system testing. A new Education Track primer for AI science communicators runs in Sydney on December 7, with submitted teaching materials to be released in an open repository after the conference.
