I realize the WSJ reporter who wrote this does not have a ton of government reporting experience, and they've fired their science desk, but I would assume someone there knows about Article I of the United States Constitution.

You don't have to use AI or even like it. But try to avoid confidently making clearly false statements like "AI can't do web search." They've had web search tools for like two years now.
