Two more people have been arrested under the Take it Down Act (bringing the total to 3). These separate cases involved men generating and posting hundreds of AI pornography of celebs, politicians, and non-public women (acquaintances). www.justice.gov/usao-edny/pr...

This shouldn't be a surprise given the class action lawsuit filed earlier this month against xAI/Grok for creating AI CSAM. And I've spoken to at least one parent who's minor daughter is a victim of this. There are so many more victims' stories we haven't heard. www.npr.org/20…

No surprise, but my father fell for ANOTHER AI-powered scam targeting the elderly. He saw an ad for something on IG. He ended up purchasing the snake oil they are selling. They made an AI manipulated video of Laura Ingram and Elon Musk. Folks, it's not even a good video.
