Bloomberg: Temporal in Talks for ~$500M Round at $12B+ Valuation, More Than Doubling February Mark

Bloomberg reports that Temporal, the open-source workflow-orchestration platform used by AI agent builders and durable-execution systems, is in talks for a fresh round of roughly $500 million at a valuation of at least $12 billion. The mark would more than double the $5 billion valuation the Seattle-area startup reached in its $300 million Series D led by Andreessen Horowitz in February. Talks are not yet finalized.
