Pew: 52% of Americans Say They're More Concerned Than Excited About AI, Up From 37% in 2021

Pew Research's new survey of 3,488 U.S. adults finds 52% are more concerned than excited about AI in daily life, up from 37% in 2021 — the first time a majority of adults under 30 (55%) hold that view, versus 31% just five years ago. 71% now say AI will cut the number of jobs available over the next two decades, up from 64% two years earlier.
