Yup, been saying this will be the effect of AI in our book and elsewhere, too. The economic model we should be thinking of is fast fashion: Compete on price, not quality. That logic is now coming to coding, the industrial production of text, etc hagenblix.github.io/posts/sats-…

I don't think you can do the whole "stock market and real economy inversely correlated because cheap money produces asset inflation" game forever, and I suspect that when this shit goes bust (with great AI assistance), they won't have any idea what to do
